Hi again!
The weather is miserable where I am so I’m kind of stuck at
home now and not happy! But at least there’s gorgeous
pictures of Jonas to keep me occupied lol.
The weather was only a bit warmer than
this when me and Amy did the Save Sherwood Campaign. We’d
planned to meet up in town and hand out the flyers, only when I got
there, Amy was standing outside one of the shops looking distinctly
scary in a fluffy silver halo! She’d bought one for me as
well so we went round town dressed as angels, handing out the flyers
for the campaign.
To be honest I was a bit of a wimp and
Amy ended up handing most of them out. I don’t think it
helped when one of the first people we tried to hand out a flyer to was
an old man who had hearing problems, and when we had explained what the
campaign was about really loudly and several times, he said,
“Oh, right,” and walked away! We were slightly put
out, but we got over it. Well, Amy did!
But we did hand out quite a number of
flyers. We did it around Christmas time so there was a
Santa’s Grotto set up in the town centre with lots of young
families milling round it. We made a beeline for them –
mostly the dads waiting outside with a child while the mum was inside
the grotto with another one. We ran into our friend halfway through
town and made her take a load of photos of us posing with the leaflets
lol. I think we scared her with our angel attires!
We were both really disappointed when
Sherwood didn’t win the lottery money, but I’d do
it all over again if I could. It was fun, and it really made us feel
like we were doing something for Jonas.
Anyway, must go now – I have
to set the recorder on the TV for the BAFTA’s tonight.
Wouldn’t want to miss Jonas in a suit!

Hi, my name is Amy and to start with,
thank you to Lucky for letting me have my own blog. A place of my own
for all my mad scribblings! lol
I love everything about Jonas Armstrong, he's so handsome and talented
and cute and gorgeous and hot and breathtaking and aaahh... I'm
swooning already!
I've loved Robin Hood since the very first episode of series one and
since then, it has become common knowledge in my family not to disturb me
when I'm watching it. They know what is good for them! If my brother
breathes too loudly when it's on he gets told to shush and if he
continues it's out of the door for him! lol
I still can't quite believe the ending of Series Two... throughout
Series One and Two, I loved the Robin/Marian moments; they were so cute
and so adorable.
The Robin/Marian moments were so cute, and I still can't quite believe
that Marian was killed off. It would have been sad enough if they'd
killed any of the outlaws, but Marian made up one half of the show's
romance, and without her I can't really see where it will go in Series
Three.
So... bye, until next time!
